General House Rules • Please respect our property and our neighbors. • NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. Exterior security cameras and a decibel monitoring system are in place. Violations may result in police being called and immediate cancellation without refund. • No pets of any kind. • No bonfires outside of the provided fire pit. • No unregistered guests. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. • Must be at least 25 years old to book. • No smoking inside. • No drugs. • No candles. • No confetti. • No hunting or target shooting. • No fireworks. • Never leave children unsupervised. • We are not responsible for packages mailed to the home. • Lost items can be returned at guest expense plus a $25 handling fee. • Only flush toilet paper. Nothing else. Hot Tub Rules • No lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk. • Shower before entering to remove lotions, sunscreen, spray tan, or deodorant. • Limit use to 20 minutes at a time and avoid temperatures above 102°F. • Swimwear only. • No glass or breakable objects near the spa area. • Cover the hot tub when not in use. • Do not sit or stand on the cover. • Children under 6 are not permitted. • A $125 cleaning fee may apply if water becomes excessively dirty due to misuse. Sauna Rules • Use at your own risk. • Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes. • Drink water before and after use. • No alcohol or drugs while using the sauna. • Children must be supervised. • Shower before use and sit on a towel. • No food, drinks, glass, or electronics inside. • Do not pour liquids on the heater. • Keep flammable materials away from the heater. • Turn off the sauna after use. • Report any damage or issues immediately. Outdoor & Property Rules • Clean grill grate and empty grease catch after use. • Do not trespass on neighboring properties. Trespassing may result in fines or enforcement.
