Please respect our property and our neighbors. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a several exterior security cameras on-site. We also have a decibel monitoring system. Parties and events will not be tolerated and will result in the police being called, an IMMEDIATE cancelation of your reservation with NO refund. No pets of any kind, no exceptions No bonfires outside of the provided fire pit. No unregistered guests Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM Must be at least 25 years old to book. No smoking inside. No drugs. No candles. No confetti No hunting or target shooting. No fireworks Never leave children unsupervised We are not responsible for packages mailed to the home. Any items left behind can be shipped back to you. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs plus $25 for cleaners time and effort. This property has a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs. Please clean the grill grate after use and empty the grease catch in a container that can be disposed of after use. Do not trespass on neighboring properties. They are actively monitored with cellular cameras and you will likely get caught and possibly fined (up to $10,000). Trespassing in this area is taken seriously. Thank you Charlie
