House Rules

When booking you agree to a 5 minute call with the manager about the rules below. Please respect our property and our neighbors. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a several exterior security cameras on-site. We also have a decibel and smoke monitoring system. Parties and events will not be tolerated and will result in an IMMEDIATE cancelation of your reservation with NO refund. No pets of any kind, no exceptions No trespassing on golf course No more than 6 cars maximum No bonfires outside of the provided fire pit (Fire needs to be extinguished completely when unattended) No unregistered guests (12 guest MAX) Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM Must be at least 25 years old to book. No smoking inside. No drugs. No candles. No confetti No hunting or target shooting. No fireworks Dont pee off the deck. Fine of $500 can be imposed. Never leave children unsupervised We are not responsible for packages mailed to the home. Please watch your language. We have neighbors that often have children nearby. Any items left behind can be shipped back to you. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs plus $25 for cleaners time and effort. This property has a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs. Children under 6 years old are not permitted. Children aged 6-18 should consult a physician before using the hot tub. Keep behavior and language G-rated at all times. A $125 cleaning fee will be charged for excessively dirty water caused by misuse or for excessive debris, glass, or grass in the hot tub. Please clean the grill grate after use and empty the grease catch in a container that can be disposed of after use. Do not trespass on neighboring properties. They are actively monitored with cellular cameras and you will likely get caught and possibly fined (up to $10,000). Trespassing in this area is taken seriously. Thank you Charlie
