Please respect our property and our neighbors. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a several exterior security cameras on-site. We also have a decibel monitoring system. Parties and events will not be tolerated and will result in the police being called, an IMMEDIATE cancelation of your reservation with NO refund. No bonfires outside of the provided fire pit. No unregistered guests Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM Must be at least 25 years old to book. No smoking inside. No drugs. No candles. No confetti No hunting or target shooting. No fireworks Never leave children unsupervised We are not responsible for packages mailed to the home. Any items left behind can be shipped back to you. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs plus $25 for cleaners time and effort. This property has a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs. Hot Tub Rules: No lifeguard on duty. Use the hot tub at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Shower before entering the hot tub. Please ensure sunscreen, skin creams, spray tans, and deodorant are washed off. Limit use to 20 minutes at a time and avoid water temperatures above 102°F. Swimwear only—no jewelry or street clothes allowed. No glass or breakable objects near the spa area. Cover the hot tub when not in use. Press buttons briefly. Do not hold them down. Do not sit, stand, or place heavy objects on the cover. Pregnant or potentially pregnant individuals should consult a physician before use. Children under 6 years old are not permitted. Children aged 6-18 should consult a physician before using the hot tub. Keep behavior and language G-rated at all times. A $125 cleaning fee will be charged for excessively dirty water caused by misuse or for excessive debris, glass, or grass in the hot tub. Please clean the grill grate after use and empty the grease catch in a container that can be disposed of after use. Do not trespass on neighboring properties. They are actively monitored with cellular cameras and you will likely get caught and possibly fined (up to $10,000). Trespassing in this area is taken seriously. Thank you Charlie

Guests have full access to the main floor and second floor of the cabin — including all indoor living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor spaces like the deck, hot tub, and fire pit area. 🌲🔥🛁 Please note that the basement and garage are reserved for owner use only and not accessible during your stay. You’ll have private access to the property with a smart lock for easy, contactless check-in. 🔐✨
